Key Responsibilities

• Leads a Warm, Service‑Focused Team that Embodies the Mediterranean Spirit and Iconic Lifestyle of Pacha Hotel.
• Ensures a Seamless Guest Experience across Breakfast, All‑Day Dining, Dinner and Room Service, maintaining Consistency and High Standards at Every Touchpoint.
• Interacts Personally with Guests to Anticipate needs, Support service delivery and Elevate overall satisfaction.
• Maintains a Welcoming atmosphere, overseeing Table Settings, Ambience and Guest Flow in line with Pacha Hotel’s Magnetic Brand Guidelines.
• Implements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Restaurant and In‑Room Dining Operations to guarantee smooth and efficient Service Flow.
• Coordinates closely with the Culinary Team to ensure Quality, Timely Preparation and Consistency across Mediterranean and International menus.
• Manages Inventory, Ordering and Stock Control processes with Precision, maintaining Optimal Levels and Minimising Waste.
• Upholds Health and Safety Protocols and Food Hygiene Regulations, ensuring Full Compliance across all Dining Operations.
• Supports the Food and Beverage Management Team in achieving Financial Targets through Strategic cost control and operational efficiency.
• Trains, Motivates and Develops Pacha Family Members to uphold a friendly, professional and guest‑first Service Culture.
• Conducts regular Team Briefings and tailored Training Sessions to deepen Product Knowledge and enhance Operational Awareness.
• Schedules the team Strategically to ensure Seamless coverage during High Season, Peak Hours and Special Events.
• Stays attuned to Guest Preferences, Feedback and Seasonal Trends, providing insights to support Menu Innovation and Enhancement.
• Collaborates with Departments including Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Relations, to deliver a cohesive and memorable Guest Journey throughout the hotel.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in Leading Day‑to‑Night Operations, including Breakfast, All‑Day Dining and Room Service in a Luxury Hotel environment or Fine Dining Restaurant, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with The Pacha Group’s award‑winning Service Quality.
• Deep Knowledge of Mediterranean and International Cuisine, Culture and Dining Etiquette, Paired with an Authentic Passion for Delivering magnetic Guest Experiences.
• Strong Command of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and Best Practices in Restaurant Operations.
• Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)‑Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
• Demonstrated Success in Achieving Financial Goals, Managing Budgets, Implementing Stock Controls and Ordering without Compromising on Service, Quality or the Pacha Experience.
• A True Team Player and People‑Focused Leader, Passionate about Mentoring and Elevating a High‑Performing Food and Beverage Team.
• Builds Magnetic Connections with Guests and Pacha Family Members alike, through Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Holds the Legal Right to Work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in Full Compliance with Local Regulations.
• Personally Settled on the Island with Accommodation Already Arranged is a Must.
