A consulting firm specializing in AI is seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI to lead impactful projects in Bilbao, Spain. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in consulting, strong hands-on skills with Generative AI technologies, and excellent communication abilities in both Spanish and English. You will design AI programs, work throughout the project lifecycle, and integrate AI into enterprise systems.

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI to lead high-impact projects, drive innovation, and deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead AI programs within large organisations.
• Apply Generative AI (LLMs, ChatGPT, GPT-4, Claude, etc.) to real business challenges.
• Work across the full project lifecycle — from proposals to scaling.
• Integrate AI into enterprise systems (Cloud, APIs) and advise executives.
• Collaborate with startups, hubs, and strategic partners.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in consulting / innovation / tech.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI.
• Strong Python & ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI API).
• Excellent communication skills (Spanish + English).
