Artificial Intelligence Consultant

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Salary: €90,000 - €100,000

Our client, is a global leading Bio-Tech company, is advancing its Data & AI capabilities to become a fully data-led enterprise. This hybrid role blends technical engineering with strategic advisory to drive AI, GenAI, and automation adoption. You’ll shape and enhance a modern data platform used across the organisation.

The Opportunity:

You’ll lead platform improvements, enablement, and optimisation across Snowflake, Fivetran, and wider DataOps tooling.

The role spans ETL, DataOps, ML, warehousing, automation, and governance.

You will influence enterprise direction while ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant data operations.

What you’ll be doing

Drive platform onboarding, standards, enablement, FinOps, and automation.

Oversee end-to-end delivery and embed strong quality practices.

Partner with Data & AI leaders to shape quarterly strategic roadmaps and champion platform maturity and adoption.

What you will bring

Strong ETL and large-scale data experience with deep Snowflake and Fivetran expertise. Hands-on with DataOps / MLOps and at least two modern tooling platforms (e.g., DataOps.live, Kafka, SnapLogic). Excellent communication, stakeholder leadership, and exposure to GenAI, DBT, AWS, and optimisation work.
