Overview

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and curious professional who will be responsible for driving product features from concept to delivery. You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure successful product adoption. This role requires both strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer needs into impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Product Definition & Requirements: Define and prioritize product features and requirements for the Grounding API, aligned with Microsoft's Responsible AI principles. Translate customer and partner needs into actionable scenarios.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant API capabilities. Work with stakeholders across Azure, MAI, M365, and other Microsoft groups to integrate grounding into their workflows.
• Adoption & Evangelism: Develop documentation, onboarding materials, and internal communication to drive usage and adoption of the API. Maintain Azure DevOps work items and backlog to ensure transparent progress tracking.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and system performance to inform product roadmap decisions. Contribute to creating impactful, trustworthy AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or related field
• Strong technical acumen and interest in APIs, platforms, or AI systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
