• Develop and nurture client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Experience Requirements :

• Valid real estate agent license in Spain.
• Proven experience with successful sales in English.
• Knowledge of the Caribbean, USA, and Canadian real estate markets and trends.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive or similar).
• High ethical standards and excellent customer service skills.
