Formación

• At least 1-year working experience in the solar photovoltaic industry.
• Willing to work on call duty, including weekends and nights.
• Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support in managing aftersales enquiries and claims inputs.
• Interface between customers and the company.
• Provide service during field visits and issue reports.
• Support claims resolution for customers.
• Follow defined procedures and safety instructions.
