El candidato ideal debe tener un historial comprobado en liderazgo técnico, ser competente en Java y tener la capacidad de comunicarse efectivamente con equipos técnicos y de negocio. Formación

• Amplia experiencia práctica con Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Historial probado en arquitectura de soluciones y liderazgo técnico.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con partes interesadas técnicas y comerciales.
• Profundidad en Java, especialmente para aplicaciones web.
• Conocimiento sólido de patrones de diseño y principios de código limpio.
• Habilidad en la creación de RESTful APIs y servicios.
• Proficiencia en front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue o React).
• Familiaridad con pruebas en todos los niveles: unidad, integración, funcional, rendimiento.

Responsabilidades

• Definir la arquitectura de soluciones de principio a fin.
• Traducir requisitos en especificaciones técnicas y estimaciones de esfuerzo.
• Liderar equipos de desarrollo distribuidos con revisiones de código y mentoría.
• Alinhar arquitectura con restricciones de infraestructura y plataforma.
• Impulsar calidad, seguridad y escalabilidad con equipos de QA y DevOps.
• Supervisar la gestión del lanzamiento y despliegues críticos.
• Desarrollar componentes clave del sistema cuando sea necesario.

Role

As an AEM Solutions Architect, you will own the end-to-end technical design and delivery of complex AEM-based platforms. You will work closely with project managers, developers, infrastructure teams, and client architects to ensure solutions exceed business and technical expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture and coordinate with client architects
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and effort estimations
• Lead distributed development teams with code reviews, mentoring, and guidance
• Align architecture with infrastructure and platform constraints
• Drive quality, security, performance, and scalability with QA and DevOps teams
• Oversee release management and critical deployments
• Develop key system components where needed
• Ensure a stable, high-quality development environment (IDE, Maven, CI/CD, Docker, SonarQube)

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on background with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Proven track record in solution architecture and technical leadership
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Deep proficiency in Java, especially for web applications
• Extensive involvement in Java-based web projects
• Solid understanding of design patterns and clean code principles
• Skilled in building RESTful APIs and services
• Front-end proficiency: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue or React)
• Familiarity with testing at all levels: unit, integration, functional, performance
• Well-versed in Maven, Git, and JIRA
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Familiarity with JCR (Jackrabbit / CRX)
• Understanding of OSGi and Declarative Services
• Comfort working with professional IDEs (e.g., Eclipse)
• Strong capability in extending platforms through APIs
