Position

Accounts Receivable Manager (M / F)

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate both the strategic planning and operational execution of C2C projects in Spain. Responsible for ensuring smooth operations while translating regional priorities (IBAME) into specific local actions.

Design and execute project plans for C2C initiatives in Spain, ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met.

Monitor key KPIs (operational and project-related), analyze deviations, and propose action plans.

Align priorities with regional and local stakeholders, facilitating two-way communication.

Prepare clear reports and presentations for regional management and local teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in project management and operations, preferably in C2C environments.

• Ability to comfortably navigate between strategic level (planning, KPIs, reporting) and operational level (incident resolution, daily coordination).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Kanban or similar).
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written).
• Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2) is valued but not essential.
