MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recording "classic" or direct debit invoices (Engie, ERS, Orange, Triomphe)
• Validating expense reports
• Classifying supplier invoices received in the generic inbox : rejecting invoices received more than 15 days old or without a purchase order
• Preparing settlement campaigns for specific companies

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Diploma in accounting
• 2 years of experience in a company (real estate or non-real estate) or accounting firm
• Good written and oral skills in Italian
• Experience with SAP required
• Personal skills : Analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills
