Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting and in-depth knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
• High affinity for ERP-supported processes.
• Fluent English skills (B2 -C1 level) in both written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain general and sub-ledgers, including accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage supplier master data and execute payment transactions.

Conocimientos

Experience in accounting

Knowledge of IFRS

Fluent English (B2-C1)

Knowledge of SAP S4HANA

Your Tasks

• Maintain general and sub-ledgers (e.g. accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, bank, inventory, work in progress etc.)
• Reconcile and control payroll journal entries, including various provisions.
• Help to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (in accordance with IFRS and SPANISH GAAP)
• Manage supplier master data, monitor liquidity and execute payment transactions
• Oversight of materials management, including calculations and maintenance of material master data
• Prepare tax/statistical declarations (e.g. VAT returns, EC-Sales list, Intrastat filings, SII reporting, corporate tax return, plastic tax returns, IAE filing etc.).Support on financial controlling and reporting activities, ensuring accurate budget monitoring and timely delivery of financial reports

With this you convince us

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting and in-depth knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP
• High affinity for ERP-supported processes. Knowledge of SAP S4HANA (FI/CO, SD and PP) is a plus
• Understanding of VAT and other financial compliance regulations in Spain
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
• Fluent English skills (B2 -C1 level) in both written and spoken communication are a must
