To support this growth, we are hiring an Account Manager to join a dynamic team in our Barcelona office and continue building a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our incredible culture.

Job description

💪 Team:

In Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units:

  • Supply: which deals with boat owners and makes sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.
  • Sales: which deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.
  • Customer Care: which represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during and after the trip), and makes the link between boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc).

You will work in Barcelona and will integrate the Supply team, a business unit composed of 15 people, strengthened by seasonal employees during summer, and organized by market.

You will also work closely with colleagues in charge of international markets, as well as the Sales, Customer Care, and Finance Operations Team.

🚀 Tasks
  • Account Management (50%): Develop commercial relationships with our partners in the French market, closely follow the booking funnel from a B2B perspective, help partners realize their business potential, maximize user experience, and use BI tools to monitor portfolio performance.
  • Onboarding new partners (20%): On-board new partners in the French market and assist them throughout the creation of their listings and platform engagement. The accounts you onboard will be part of your portfolio, whose performance you will monitor and be responsible for.
  • Acquisition (20%): Acquire new partners in the French market by reaching out (cold call) to potential business partners, responsible for the entire sales cycle.
  • Business Operations (10%): Run market analysis using data to grow your area and achieve all KPIs, conduct specific operations in the French market to maximize platform user experience and partner value, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Preferred experience
  • You are a French native speaker and fluent in English.
  • Young professional or recently graduated with ideally one previous successful working experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate perfectly in French, both orally and in writing.
  • You are a team player who inspires trust, takes initiative, and is distinguished by a customer‑satisfaction driven attitude.
  • You are interested in start‑up environments; proactive and ready to share ideas to improve our services.
