Who we're looking for

As an Account Manager (Advertising / Media) at Shopfully, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with media agencies and key advertising partners.

You will work strategically to promote our digital advertising solutions, ensuring that brands and retailers maximize their drive-to-store strategies.

Your role will require a blend of strategic leadership, business development, and account management.

What you'll do

  • Create and develop commercial agreements with media agencies.
  • Manage commercial relationships with active and potential clients, acquiring new customers and ensuring the development of the existing portfolio towards new projects.
  • Achieve the annual commercial targets.

What you'll need

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within media agencies, digital advertising, or ad-tech companies.
  • Previous experience or strong interest in Business Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence others in a business setting.
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (knowledge of Portuguese will be considered a plus).

Location

Our office is in Barcelona (Plaça de Pau Vila, 1) but you can also take advantage of our flexible hybrid mode.
