Formación

  • 2+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals with enterprise or upper mid-market clients.
  • Strong capability in building your own pipeline and confident phone skills.
  • History of developing early go-to-market strategies.

The role

Multiple openings available. Full-time AE. Hybrid (M-T-W at office with flexibility) in Madrid would be ideal. We have created a unique environment that allows us to go at the speed of light (we have relocation packages) Remote in Europe is fine. You own your quota.

👩🏼🎨 What you’ll do
  • Own the full cycle from first touch to signed contract and handoff.
  • Build your pipeline with targeted outbound, cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. Quality > volume. We have a playbook that works like charm!
  • Run tight cycles: discovery, tailored demos, mutual action plans, negotiation, and procurement.
  • Co-create GTM: refine ICP, messaging, and sequences. Test and scale what works.
  • Forecast with precision and keep CRM clean. No surprises.
🎯 What you’ll bring
  • 2+ years closing B2B SaaS with enterprise or upper mid-market.
  • Comfortable creating pipeline yourself. Confident on the phone. Strong at objection handling. You’ll get to work with some of the most smartest customers in the world and they ask hard questions!
  • Clear communicator who can demo an AI product to Strategy, Corporate Innovation, CVC, R&D, and Venture Clienting stakeholders.
  • Owner mindset. Competitive, resilient, and decisive. Moves fast and finishes.
  • Process discipline in HubSpot. Builds repeatable motions and uses mutual close plans.
  • Proven history building early GTM motions and playbooks (first/early sales hire).
