A global HR platform provider is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business in the Swiss region. This fully remote position requires expertise in building customer relationships and exceeding sales quotas. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and French, with strong communication skills in English. Excellent time management and a self-motivated work ethic are vital for success in this role. Formación

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Account Executive, joining our Sales Team in the Swiss region. This is a pure hunting role as an Account Executive, driving net new business for Remote.

What you bring

  • Proven success in building key customer relationships, including with decision makers and champions, to drive successful client outcomes, grow accounts, and meet or exceed quota
  • Native or professional fluency in German and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, including qualifying opportunities, initiating and converting prospects, closing deals, and achieving sales quotas
  • Ability to confidently build outbound sales pipelines using various channels including cold calls
  • High integrity and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Deep understanding of company services and industry position
  • Ability to build trust and act as an advisor to clients
  • Capability to forecast sales and meet monthly targets
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, managing the entire sales cycle
  • Identify new opportunities and progress prospects through the sales cycle
  • Maintain a clean, current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities
  • Present and communicate effectively with potential clients
  • Promptly answer client questions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with key departments supporting client processes and support
  • Close deals efficiently, guiding clients through the process
  • Design solutions to meet the specific needs of small and mid-sized business clients
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits worldwide. Our salary range for this role is $37,475 to $126,550 USD, based on role, level, location, skills, experience, and market conditions. Actual pay depends on these factors and may vary.
