Are you a driven, determined, and energetic German-speaking sales professional who thrives on building connections and closing deals? As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in that growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with a high-performing, international sales team to bring our innovative solution to organisations that are ready for a better way to book, manage, and optimise their business travel.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a mix of inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region, with the support of our marketing and sales development teams.
  2. Running impactful, solution-focused product demos and taking ownership of the full sales cycle through to close.
  3. Keeping your pipeline organised and up-to-date in Salesforce, ensuring clear visibility and strong forecasting.
  4. Collaborating with Marketing to boost brand awareness and refine our lead qualification process.
  5. Engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels — from Office Managers to CFOs — to demonstrate the TravelPerk value proposition.

Requirements:

  1. Native-level German and high fluency in English — essential for connecting with our DACH customers.
  2. Proven success in a sales-driven role, especially in a phone-based environment with a strong focus on prospecting and hunting.
  3. Solid understanding of B2B solution selling, ideally within a short sales cycle model.
  4. Legal authorization to work in Spain.
