Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and the Head of Management in administrative matters related to the company.
- Maintain the office and office supplies. Handle incoming mail and other materials.
- Attend to telephone calls and visitors. Liaise with internal and external contact
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Support the financial team in tracking of invoices, expenses and payments.
- Organize the logistics of internal and external events (including virtual events).
- Organize travel arrangements.
- Support project managers with management of mailing lists and maintenance of other project tools.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
- Maintain schedules and calendars.
- Arrange and confirm appointments.
- Coordinate the internal flow of information.
- Ensure the application of the company's administrative procedures. Maintain updated the ISO system.
