That’s what it’s about
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of enterprise customers and partners (such as Microsoft), fostering trust, transparency, and long-term collaboration for shared success.
  • Stay close to the partner’s ecosystem, leveraging funding programs, co-sell motions, and nurturing contacts to drive growth.
  • Ensure partners are well-informed about MobiLab, its services, and value proposition to identify joint opportunities.
  • Support early-stage customer engagement by translating technical insights into clear, business-relevant value propositions.
  • Prepare business value decks, assessments, and PoC outcomes tailored to a business audience (insightful, concise, and impact-driven).
  • Manage the pre-sales phase from opportunity identification to handover to the Build & Scale Delivery Teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to understand solution architecture, extract business values, and incorporate them into compelling value propositions.

You are a passionate team player who values collaboration and shared success. Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in enterprise B2B sales, consulting, or partner management, especially with major technology companies like Microsoft, AWS, Google, or similar hyperscalers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels, especially with management and strategic stakeholders, with a willingness to grow into this responsibility.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of translating technical details into compelling business value.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, able to work independently and foster teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel for partner or customer meetings.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
