IAM Consultant – Business Focus

• Salary : €55,000-90,000 salary + Upto 30% variable - experience dependent
• Location : Germany. Koln once a month for team bonding / dinner etc, OR weekly if you're nearer as some local colleagues go a few times a week.
• Level : Junior / Mid Level - 1-3 yrs of IAM experience for instance

Key skills you need to be considered

• You have experience in Identity & Access Management - at least 1 project you've been involved in
• You have experience on the business consulting / process side in IAM - e.g. role modelling, maybe you've been a business analyst, or something similar?
• IGA is what they're known for, so you'll have some sort of experience in IGA

What you'll be doing

The core of your role as a business / process / project focussed IAM consultant will include, project management, organization of internal and external project team members, process mapping, business analysis, specification and visualization of technical requirements, professional and technical solution design....

You can expect to work on projects for large & well known companies, predominantly across the DACH region with a heavy demand in banking and insurance particularly.

They're vendor agnostic and aren't focussed on the 'technical implementation' of solutions, but very much are proud of their expertise when it comes to processes & making complex transformation projects possible in IGA. There's a lot of demand in Omada right now.
