A prestigious hotel in Frankfurt is seeking an In-house Technician to manage technical equipment and ensure building functionality. This role offers opportunities for development and structured training in a supportive environment. Candidates should possess good technical skills and a knowledge of German. Qualifications
- First experience in technical building equipment is an advantage.
- Professional experience as a building technician, janitor or a comparable position, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Good technical understanding and manual skills.
- Secure knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
Responsabilités
- Regular control of the technical equipment in the guest rooms.
- Daily tours to check the condition of the building.
- Inspection of building technical equipment.
- Processing of defects in building systems.
- Supervision of contractors and service providers.
- Carrying out repairs and painting work.
