We are seeking a full-time Digital Applications Analyst (f/m/d) based at any Alstom location in the Central and Northern Europe Region.

Your Future Role

Located at Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6 in Berlin, our regional headquarters hosts up to 500 colleagues of over 40 nationalities, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy, with a focus on rail digitalization. You will report to Robert Heuser and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include:

• Introducing and managing Power BI reports, and optimizing existing reports, SharePoint sites, and PowerApps applications used across RSC teams.
• Maintaining and enhancing Power BI reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Managing and improving SharePoint sites for better usability and collaboration.
• Designing and managing PowerApps solutions to automate workflows and increase productivity.
• Reviewing tools and solutions for improvements and applying best practices.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and co-create solutions.
• Monitoring KPIs to measure impact and guide improvements.
• Encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
• Providing training and support for Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerApps users.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and turning insights into actions.
• Documenting work and sharing knowledge with the team.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerApps.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Basic understanding of railway industry products.
• Proactive, curious, eager to learn, and solution-oriented.
