As our QA Engineer youll play a key role in ensuring high software quality by implementing manual and automated testing processes. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams including Product Managers Frontend & Backend Engineers and UX/UI Designers to ensure seamless product development.
- Develop & execute test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Automate test cases using tools like Selenium Playwright or TestCafe.
- Perform manual testing where necessary covering functional regression and exploratory testing.
- Track & report bugs using JIRA.
- Ensure smooth CI/CD integration by embedding testing into deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate with developers & product teams to define test requirements and improve quality assurance workflows.
- Contribute to performance and security testing efforts (optional but a plus).
- 3 years of experience in manual & automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium Playwright or TestCafe.
- Strong knowledge of test case creation, execution and bug tracking.
- Familiarity with JIRA or other bug-tracking tools.
- Experience working in agile development teams.
- Ability to integrate test automation into CI/CD workflows.
It would be nice if you had:
- Programming experience with JavaScript or Python for test scripting.
- API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured or similar tools).
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
