We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist fluent in German to join an international team focused on delivering high-value digital marketing solutions. You will implement optimisation strategies across advertising platforms, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to maximise campaign performance for key clients.
- Competitive Salary
- Premium Bonus: 3,240 / year
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 / day (paid via meal card, net)
- Transportation Bonus: 720 / year
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of gross base salary

- Report on key performance indicators and overall campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Minimum 12 months of experience in digital marketing optimisation (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
- Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign metrics
- Detail-oriented, organised, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Comfortable using data to make informed marketing decisions
