1. Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
2. Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly according to approved specifications and rates.
3. Load semi-automated machines safely and cautiously following process instructions.
4. Inspect parts according to quality specifications.

1. Analyze inspection data as required.
2. Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.
3. Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, and Lean standards.

• Reports to: Shift Supervisor

• All functional areas of Production

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing environment.

• Excellent team player committed to helping and communicating with coworkers.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and logical reasoning.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work quickly and accurately on repetitive tasks.
• Motivated, punctual, and ready to work individuals.
