A B2B manufacturing company in Berlin is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to own and define their content strategy. This role involves managing content creation and technical SEO to optimize customer journeys and funnel performance. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of SEO experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in German and English. The company emphasizes ownership, strategic impact, and flexible work arrangements.
We are building web2cut, a new category in B2B manufacturing for visual communication products. As a small team of around eight people, we work with short feedback loops, direct access to decision makers, and a pragmatic approach to growth.
Content plays a central role in how we acquire and educate customers. It needs to perform across the full funnel and work for both classical search and modern, LLM-based discovery. This requires a combination of technical SEO, strong content strategy, and hands-on content creation.
As Senior Content Strategist (m/f/d), you own our content system end-to-end. You are responsible for defining the strategy and technical foundations, while also contributing directly to the creation of high-impact content such as articles, guides, case studies, and video-based formats.
You work closely with a small, cross-functional team and internal domain experts to translate real customer needs into content that ranks, converts, and compounds.
What You Bring to the Table
3+ Years of Hands-On SEO Experience: Proven track record in B2B, e-commerce, or SaaS environments, ideally with experience defining or scaling a new product category. (in our case web2cut)
