Role Description

Our client, a listed international technology company in the automotive / industrial environment, is seeking a Manager Investor Relations (m/f/d) for its Frankfurt area location. In this role, you will act as a key interface between the company and the capital market, supporting transparent, consistent, and credible communication with investors and analysts. The position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong capital markets background to transition into Investor Relations. Prior Investor Relations experience is not required.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting and developing relationships with investors and analysts
• Preparing investor presentations, factsheets, and capital market materials
• Assisting with quarterly, half-year, and annual reporting
• Supporting earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and analyst meetings
• Handling investor inquiries and coordinating follow-ups
• Monitoring share price performance, peer developments, and market trends
• Conducting financial, market, and competitor analysesEnsuring capital market communication complies with regulatory requirements
• Close collaboration with Finance, Controlling, Legal, and senior management

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong exposure to capital markets through experience in Investment Banking, M&A / Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Big 4 / Transaction Services, Controlling / Group Finance / FP&A
• Solid understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators
• Strong analytical skills combined with clear and structured communication
• High level of accuracy, ownership, and professionalism
• Fluent in English (German is a plus, depending on background)
