Business Solutions Architect

• Facilitate and run workshops with business & technology partners (e.g., Solution Designers and Architects) to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations.
• Lead and contribute to the creation of a comprehensive end-to-end solution addressing business and functional pain points.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews for solutions, designs, prototypes, and other deliverable work products.
• Work closely with stakeholders and provide direction to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and pinpoint how to manage integration.
• Provide operational and process‑related leadership and direction.
• Follow processes and standards including requirements management and project management disciplines, technology delivery and business technology architecture, escalating delivery impacting issues as needed.
• Must have extensive knowledge of the business, technical environment, SDLC processes, procedures, various programming languages and operating systems. Will become subject matter expert in several aspects of the business/technology and consults with clients and/or project teams.
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations in a business context.
• Gain knowledge in own area, stay abreast of technology trends and developments, develop expertise in services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques, business domains and their products and services.

Agile, Jira, Clarity, Power BI

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Communication and Presentation Skills (Verbal/Written)
• Strong Workshop management Skills
• Prior experience with Agile program management systems, including:
  • Project transformation from Clarity to JIRA/ JIRA Align.
  • Integrating JIRA and Clarity for end-to-end program view.
  • Prior experience with JIRA/ JIRA Align administration including metrics, KPIs and reporting.
  • Prior experience building Agile reports using PowerBI or similar software.
  • Prior experience with Clarity reporting.
• Building/working with: Architecture Diagrams, System Context Diagrams, Flow/Sequence Diagrams, Use case diagrams/documentation, Project Delivery (Agile/PDLC), JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, MS Visio

• Experience with Agile Development Methodology in Clarity Modern.
• Agile certification.
• Experience of working in an Enterprise/ Financial Industry.

• Possess a university degree/college diploma in related discipline(s)
