Title: Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and implementation of advanced analytical and machine learning models that enable predictive, prescriptive, and automated intelligence. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data modelling, forecasting, and anomaly detection, along with the ability to design scalable solutions that transform complex datasets into actionable insights. The role also includes exposure to Generative AI techniques such as LLMs, RAG, and intelligent agents that support enhanced analytics and decision automation.

🌍 Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Worldwide (Occasional travel to Gurgaon, India)
Reporting to: Director of Engineering

We’re looking for an innovative Agentic AI Engineer to drive the technical vision, design, and development of intelligent agentic flows within our cutting-edge MYCOM applications. • Architect and validate core components that power our AI-driven product roadmap.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and cost-efficient software with rigorous test and performance strategies.
• Break large objectives into practical, executable project plans that define scope, skills, dependencies, and required resources.

• Guide development cycles from concept to release, ensuring high standards through thoughtful design and code reviews.
• Mentor and inspire team members, fostering excellence in Generative AI development.

• Recommend the best tools, frameworks, and third-party solutions to accelerate innovation.
• Contribute to RFPs/RFQs with technical insights, feasibility assessments, and solution proposals that support strategic growth.

• Strong ability to synthesize complex concepts
• A passion for continuous learning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Solid software development background with deep experience in Natural Language Processing
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI open-source tech such as LangChain, Haystack, Streamlit, Ragas
• Proven success developing AI agents, including tool calling and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with AWS SageMaker and Bedrock

• 3+ years leading software development projects from design to production, ideally in NLP
• 2+ years technical leadership in LLM-driven projects, from architecture to deployment

• Work with Product Line Management to deliver cost-efficient solutions aligned to requirements
• Partner with Software Engineering (Dev & QA) teams for guidance and AI evangelization
• Engage with Architecture teams to ensure alignment on evolving technologies
