Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Ryanair, was founded in 2018 and is based at the airport Berlin-Schönefeld. The Irish airline operates a fleet of over 450 modern Boeing 737-800 aircraft and plans to expand until 2024. Our engineering team is responsible for maintaining Ryanair aircraft in Germany. We are seeking a Document Controller to join our team in Nürnberg Station. The role involves using specialist IT applications like AMOS, eLearning, and myboeingfleet.

• Liaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Check Supervisors on printing aircraft check packs
• Print and distribute check packs to relevant aircraft zones
• Collate and ensure completion of aircraft paperwork
• Follow up on incomplete or missing paperwork
• Scan, bookmark, back up, and enter paperwork into aircraft records
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager

• Previous document control experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of AMOS is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Previous experience with Boeing aircraft (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to work shifts
• Valid EU/EEA passport and/or right to live and work in the EU
• Valid EU driver’s license
• Good English skills (writing, speaking, understanding)
• Preferably a valid German security clearance according to §7 of the German Aviation Security Act
