TikTok Shop Business Development Manager
Job summary
A leading influencer management agency is seeking a TikTok Shop Business Development Manager to drive business opportunities and partnerships across Germany and other EU markets. The role requires strong sales and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment with clients in various time zones. If you have experience in sales and are fluent in the local language, this position might be for you.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing new business in Spain/Italy/Germany/France.
- Developing relationships with TikTok partner reps.
- Owning strategy in the target region.
- Expanding existing clients to EU markets.
- Researching and identifying potential partners.
- Building and managing a pipeline of leads.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and spotting upsell opportunities.
- Aligning on talent availability and brand fit.

We’re also one of the largest full service TikTok Shop Partner agencies which this role is focused on. Grail is shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent. We deliver dynamic and creative promotional campaigns, across a variety of social media channels, such as TikTok and Instagram.
As a TikTok Shop Business Development Manager at Grail, you’ll be driving new business and partnership opportunities for Grail and our content creators. It will also involve upselling our existing clients on our TikTok Shop services and longer term marketing plans.
This role requires someone who is comfortable in a sales environment, and is highly organised. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be working closely with the talent teams to pitch the right talent for opportunities.
Grail Talent is based in Farringdon, London, but this role offers remote and hybrid working. In particular we’re looking for someone to be able to cover Spain/France/Germany/Italy markets for our team on EU time zones. This role is not a regular 9-5 job, we have clients across multiple time zones and this will require working varied hours.
- Sourcing new business in either Spain/Italy/Germany/France
- Developing our relationships with local TikTok partner reps and team members
- Owning the strategy in your target region
- Working with our existing clients to expand to EU markets
- Research and identify potential partners
- Building and managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
- Maintain regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to align on talent availability and brand fit
- Must speak local language
- Must have 1-2 years sales experience as a minimum
