In the role of Regulatory Intelligence Manager EMEA, you’ll act as a trusted regulatory advisor to the EMEA Portfolio Solutions Leadership Team. You’ll provide critical intelligence on active substances and formulated products, monitor regulatory risks and opportunities, and support ideation and innovation decisions that shape Nufarm’s future portfolio. Working closely with regional and global regulatory teams, you’ll help translate complex EU legislation and policy trends into clear, actionable insights for the business.

Could This Be You?
We’re looking for a highly experienced regulatory professional with deep expertise in EU plant protection legislation, particularly Regulation (EC) 1107/2009. You’ll bring 10–15 years of regulatory experience, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical and legislative topics into clear business-focused insights. A university degree in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or a related field is required, along with strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively across a global organization.
