A mortgage brokerage is looking for a motivated Loan Officer to run their own business remotely. This role offers uncapped commissions, support from corporate, and the opportunity to build referral partnerships. Ideal candidates have a strong sales mindset and at least an active NMLS license. Join an expanding team and enjoy autonomy in your work.
Qualifications
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships.
- History of closing 3-5 units per month.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical mindset.

- Run the business remotely on a P&L basis.
- Manage referral partner relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain client database.

- Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage!
- Uncapped commissions!
- Loan products for all borrower types!
- Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO!
- Licensed in 28 states and growing!
- Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate!
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
- An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.
