Our client is a leading European venture capital firm with a strong track record of backing technology companies across the continent. With a focus on B2B tech, particularly verticals such as deeptech, climatetech, mobility, and software / AI, the firm invests from early stages through to later-stage scaling.
- End-to-end responsibility for growth-stage investments, from sourcing and evaluation to execution and portfolio value creation
- Leading due diligence processes, building investment theses, and preparing materials for investment committee decisions focused on growth opportunities
- Supporting portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, follow-on financing, and exit readiness
- Developing and leveraging a strong network within the European growth and late-stage tech ecosystem to identify high-potential opportunities
- Actively shaping the firm’s growth investment strategy and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and culture
- Outstanding academic background from a top-tier university
- 3-5 years of experience in growth equity, late-stage VC, and/or investment banking with exposure to high-growth tech companies
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, paired with solid commercial acumen
- High intellectual curiosity and a proactive, self-starting attitude
- Collaborative, empathetic, and communicative team player
- Genuine passion for startups, innovation, and emerging technologies
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
