- Lead the ideation, scripting, and production of thumb-stopping video ads and performance creatives.
- Translate brand messaging into engaging campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Help build and lead a high-performing creative team.
- Partner closely with marketing and influencer teams to develop creative angles that resonate across paid social (TikTok, Meta, etc.).
- Analyze performance data to refine messaging, hooks, and ad iterations.
- Stay on top of cultural trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging formats to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Proven experience in creative strategy for D2C or consumer brands, ideally with a focus on video ad production.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and how creative impacts ROAS and growth.
- A strong sense of organization, creativity, and project management.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven mindset.
- Data-driven with a passion for optimization and testing.
- A mix of creative flair and analytical thinking — you can write a killer hook, then test and scale it.
- Passion for consumer brands, storytelling, and pushing creative boundaries.
- Fluent in English (German is a bonus).
