Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for developing User Growth opportunities(Buyer side)in Europe and maintaining long-term relationships with key Buyers and partners.
2、Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets(Paid Buyer volume and GMV).
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth introduction of products and services into new markets, meeting customer needs.
4、Manage business negotiations, ensuring contract terms align with company interests while maintaining strong partner relationships.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2、More than 4 years of user growth with successful project experience and network in European market.
3、Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
4、Deep Familiarity with local cultural and business development processes, with the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
5、Proficient at least 2 languages as follows:English、French、Spanish、German or Italian.
