Senior Manager – SAP FP&A / SAC Planning

As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead major initiatives focused on financial planning and analysis, using tools like SAP IP, BPC, and SAC Planning. You’ll work closely with clients to design and implement innovative solutions that drive real business impact.

What you’ll do:

• Own delivery of SAP FP&A/SAC Planning solutions, from design to go-live
• Shape planning strategies for top-tier financial institutions
• Lead projects and workshops, guiding clients through digital transformation
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a high-performing team
• Drive product innovation, support pre-sales and build long-term client partnerships

What you’ll bring:

• 10 years' experience in financial planning and controlling, ideally within banking
• Proven background in SAP planning tools, SAC Planning, BPC or IP
• Strong communication skills and client presence
• Fluency in German and English
• A collaborative, hands-on mindset
