About The Role

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to lead the charge in delivering world-class advertising campaigns for our clients and internal growth projects. This is your chance to own full-funnel marketing programs across global markets, experiment with new channels, and be part of a team that believes in bold ideas paired with flawless execution.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and optimization across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Partner with our creative and media teams to craft messaging that resonates and converts.
• Build, launch, and scale campaigns focused on both direct response (performance) and upper-funnel (brand) objectives.
• Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to extract insights, test hypotheses, and build experiments that uncover new growth opportunities.
• Report on performance with transparency, clarity, and strategic recommendations for next steps.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and new tools to keep Mekanism at the cutting edge of paid media.

What You Bring

• 3+ years managing paid digital campaigns with proven results in acquisition, conversion, and growth.
• Expertise in full-funnel media planning—knowing when to drive conversions, and when to build long-term brand equity.
• Analytical mindset : comfort working with data, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, Excel), and making decisions based on metrics.
• Experience working with creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns that connect with target audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment with high expectations and big ambitions.
• Strong communication skills—you can simplify complexity, influence decisions, and build trust with partners and stakeholders.

Nice To Have

• Experience with global market expansion (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
• Background working with ecommerce, SaaS, or high-growth brands.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and experimentation frameworks.
