The Opportunity

Join our Product Team as a Senior Product Manager and become the architect of Cint's future. You'll craft the strategic roadmap and steer the delivery of our core products, directly serving our global clientele. This remote role(based in one of the countries ies where the job is posted), requires collaboration with our European and U.S. teams during GMT hours.

The Role

As a product manager at Cint, you are primarily responsible for:

1. Understanding and communicating the problems of our users and customers.
2. Defining requirements for a solution that our users and customers love.
3. Ensuring our products add value and contribute to the future vision of Cint.

We're seeking a technically adept Senior Product Manager with experience in software development. Your mission will be to:

• Take ownership of the key technical products at heart of Cint Exchange, the Identity & respondent data systems, and the respondent AI based matching system called Yield management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, UX & design to deliver an industry-leading programmatic exchange.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Oversee API management, ensuring a robust pipeline of developments and enhancements. You'll monitor these elements and provide strategic optimization recommendations to fuel growth, maximize usage, and boost performance.
• Understand the basics of user identification in web based environments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product and drive the core marketplace product roadmap, tackling significant business challenges and securing a prosperous future for Cint.
• Draft product plans and documentation that foster informed decision-making and ensure accountability for the product lifecycle.
• Build consensus across the company, leveraging user interviews, stakeholder feedback, and beta programs to meet customer expectations.
• Engage closely with marketing, training, support, and sales teams to craft go-to-market strategies that ensure the success of new products.
• Establish and track feature success metrics and KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
• Remain proactive regarding privacy and security regulations to guarantee compliance with global standards.
• Demonstrate and promote our product value at various high-level meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• A robust technical background with a profound understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management tools like Confluence/JIRA.
• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B environment with tangible experience managing product and feature development from concept to GTM.
• A flair for driving customer engagement through intuitive user experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Proficiency in creating detailed API product requirements, managing backlogs, and conveying these to development teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing outcomes and collaborating with distributed teams.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience in Ad Tech (SSP/DSP), or a similar programmatic marketplace.
• Understand basic privacy laws like GDPR / Consent management.
• Proven success in developing API-driven applications and a keen understanding of marketplace dynamics.
• Previous experience in AI based product development.
• Proven record in working with distributed and remote engineering teams
