Responsibilities

We are seeking a Strategic Enterprise SaaS Account Manager to join us anywhere in Germany remote to drive growth within our existing large enterprise accounts.

This role is focussing on building deep relationships, and unlocking new opportunities through expansion and cross-sell across our SaaS portfolio.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute account expansion plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple SaaS solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure adoption and value realization.
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record in key account managing and expansion.
  • Mandatory experience in industrial software sales (e.g., manufacturing, energy, asset management, operations).
  • Strong ability to navigate complex organizations and influence decision-makers.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based business models and SaaS metrics.
  • Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM), or Predictive Maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Experience in one or more of our key verticals—manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, rail, pharma, energy & utilities—is a strong plus.
