Job summary
A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant to work remotely in the DACH region. You will lead SAP Payroll projects for Austrian clients, facilitate workshops, and help shape payroll solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Austrian SAP Payroll, fluency in German and English, and experience in multinational environments. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with top clients while expanding your skills in SuccessFactors and payroll processes.

Are you an expert in Austrian SAP Payroll with a passion for consulting and cross-border collaboration? Join our Professional Services Consulting Team (DACH) and work with leading clients while collaborating with our delivery hub.
As a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier solutions, leading workshops, supporting implementations, and shaping the future of payroll services.
- Lead and deliver SAP Payroll projects for Austrian clients
- Facilitate design workshops and translate requirements into functional solutions
- Collaborate closely across teams (virtually, in English)
- Guide testing cycles and data migrations
- Engage in pre-sales / due diligence workshops
- Expand your skills in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time, and Point-to-Point Integration
- Deep expertise in Austrian SAP Payroll (ideally with hands-on configuration experience)
- Strong client focus and the ability to work independently
- Fluency in German and English
- Knowledge of payroll processes incl. post-payroll (e.g. B2A Manager, finance postings)
- Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and basic ABAP
- Experience in multinational, remote, fast-paced project environments
Bonus: Previous experience as a Payroll Manager, or background in Payroll Support & Maintenance is a plus.
