About The Role: We’re looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to transform YouTube content into engaging, high‑quality videos for Facebook and Snapchat. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, crafting catchy intros, and making content accessible for a broad audience.

• Edit and transform YouTube content into engaging, high‑quality videos tailored for Facebook and Snapchat.
• Craft compelling intros and structure videos to maximize audience retention and engagement.
• Ensure content is accessible, easy to follow, and appealing to a broad audience.
• Collaborate with content leads to refine storylines and optimize videos for each platform.
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.

• 3+ years of experience editing videos for Facebook and Snapchat.
• Deep understanding of social media video formats and best practices.
• Expert‑level knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with MrBeast content, short‑form trends, and viral social storytelling.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects, and respond effectively to feedback.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

If selected, the interview process will include a brief introductory conversation, an editing case study, and a final interview with the Syndication team.
