• Provide excellent technical support to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service.
