Under the direction of the Payroll Manager, this position performs administrative and data entry functions correlated with processing weekly multi‑state payroll.

• Accurately and efficiently enter employee time records according to the company's weekly pay schedule.
• Accurately maintain data accounting and payroll records and systems.
• Document/tracks employee PTO requests following company processes.
• Process garnishment and child support orders, including setup and termination of such orders.
• Respond to written requests for payroll‑related data from internal and external stakeholders using company policy and procedure, and in compliance with any governmental requirement.
• Follow established departmental processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of associate degree in accounting or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions, correspondence and memos.
• Effective and respectful written and verbal communication.
• Ability to complete essential job functions in a fast‑paced and strict deadline‑driven environment.
• Team oriented, keeping the organizational needs at the forefront.
• Familiarity with Google‑based applications such as G‑mail, Google docs and sheets.
• Proficient use of Internet software and databases.
• Understanding and use of general arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience, including multi‑state payroll.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience using WFS, RTASQ and SAP (Success Factors).
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Must be available to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
