As a Research Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering executive search assignments from briefing through to appointment. You will work closely with consultants, supporting high‑quality, research‑driven searches and engaging with senior leaders across the DACH region and Europe.
This is a fast‑paced role in a high‑performing, collaborative environment, offering strong exposure to executive search best practice and clear opportunities to develop.

- 2 years’ minimum experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related research role
- Confident engaging with senior professionals

- Fluency in German and English
- Germany, preference Berlin (remote set up)
