A specialist executive search firm is seeking a Research Consultant to support executive search assignments across the DACH region. This remote role offers strong exposure to insights in leadership talent, requiring a minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or executive search. Key responsibilities include engaging with senior candidates, conducting market research, and producing client reports. Candidates must be fluent in both German and English and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

As a Research Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering executive search assignments from briefing through to appointment. You will work closely with consultants, supporting high‑quality, research‑driven searches and engaging with senior leaders across the DACH region and Europe.
This is a fast‑paced role in a high‑performing, collaborative environment, offering strong exposure to executive search best practice and clear opportunities to develop.
