Overview

Specialist Consultant of Value Chain | Private Equity | Automotive | Industrial Manufacturing. We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Key Account Manager to spearhead business development across industrial, building & construction, solar, and related sectors throughout Europe. This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you will identify, develop, and grow new accounts, while strengthening relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development for aluminium extrusion solutions and grow the customer base across industrial, building/construction, solar, and adjacent markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients in Europe.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical discussions to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, customer service) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve ambitious growth targets in revenue and market share.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5–10 years of sales / key account management experience in the aluminium extrusion industry.
  • Strong business development background – a hunter mindset with the ability to acquire and grow accounts.
  • Proven success in developing markets across Europe.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, with frequent travel across Europe.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
