Responsibilities:

• Independent management of fixed assets for several companies, including holding and real estate companies
• Posting of additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation within financial and tangible assets
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks in asset accounting as well as accounting support for assets under construction
• Preparation of asset schedules and depreciation simulations in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• Responsibility for carrying out and posting asset inventories
• Preparation of investment valuations for holding companies and assistance in preparing the dependency report
• Contact person for auditors
• Technical contact person for SAP projects and key user in the area of SAP FI-AA

Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed commercial training with further training as an accountant or successfully completed a degree with a focus on finance and business administration
• You have several years of professional experience in asset and balance sheet accounting
• You have very good user knowledge of SAP FI and AA, as well as MS Office (especially Excel), ideally SAP customizing and HFM knowledge
• You have very good written and spoken German skills (C1) and good English skills
• Your sense of responsibility, initiative, reliability, and discretion round out your profile
