Job summary
A leading engineering company in Eurasburg, Germany, is seeking a skilled technician for assembling, disassembling, and repairing mechanical seals. Responsibilities include technical support for customers, preparing status reports, and inspecting deliveries. Candidates must have completed vocational training in a technical field and possess experience with rotating machines. Proficiency in IT applications such as MS Office and SAP is required. The role involves some travel and requires a reliable and independent work ethic.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a technical field.
- Experience in working with rotating machines, primarily mechanical seals.
- Confident in using standard IT applications like MS Office and SAP.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, disassemble and repair mechanical seals in the workshop or on-site.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers.
- Prepare status reports and inspect incoming goods.

- Assembly, disassembly and repair of mechanical seals from pumps, agitators and other rotating machines in the workshop or at the customer's site
- Providing technical support and advice to customers on site
- Preparation of status reports
- Incoming goods inspection of customer deliveries
- Internal order processing such as creating routing cards and order tracking
- Participation in the on-call service
- Completed vocational training in the technical field
- Experience in working with rotating machines (mainly mechanical seals)
- Confident handling of standard IT applications (e.g. MS Office, SAP)
- Class B driving licence
- Willingness to travel
- Reliable, independent and results-orientated way of working
