5. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project goals are met, with a special emphasis on innovation in the Generative AI space.

1. Exceptional grades in undergraduate or graduate studies, demonstrating a consistent track record of academic excellence and intellectual curiosity.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex software, data analytics, or strategy consulting projects.
3. Proven track record in top management consulting or high-demand startup environments (as a plus).
4. Strong technical understanding of software products; ability to create basic prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools.
5. Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex business and technical requirements.
6. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; attentive to both detail and broader business context.
7. Expertise in agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to project management.
8. Enthusiasm for AI topics and developments; eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and methods.
9. Fluent in German and English, with outstanding communication skills, especially in customer interactions.
