(Junior) Marketing Automation & AI Specialist (m/f/d)

As our (Junior) Marketing Automation & AI Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the technical architect of our performance marketing team's evolution. Your mission isn't just to execute our vision, but to actively shape it. You will move beyond simply eliminating manual tasks to building intelligent, automated systems that unlock exponential growth across our channels.

You will work hand-in-hand with MarTech and channel experts to transform our operational workflows. This role is perfect for a solutions-oriented builder who is passionate about using technology, writing code and seeing their impact directly translate into business growth.

• You develop API-driven solutions that go beyond the platform UI by leveraging marketing APIs (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) to create scalable, data-driven workflows
• You act as the team\'s primary driver for applied AI, proactively experimenting with and implementing innovative solutions
• You act as the key technical consultant for the marketing team, evaluating new strategic ideas for technical feasibility and translating vision into actionable development projects
• You proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, treating every challenge as an opportunity to design a better, more intelligent solution
• You pioneer future technologies with relentless curiosity, researching and championing the latest marketing innovations especially AI-powered tools to ensure we always stay ahead of the curve

• You are proficient in relevant programming languages, particularly JavaScript and Python
• You have hands-on experience with marketing APIs, such as the Google Ads API or Microsoft Advertising API
• You are familiar with modern data and technology stacks, and you understand how cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS), AI, machine learning, and big data technologies can be leveraged to solve marketing challenges
• You bring a logical, problem-solving mindset with a passion for efficiency and automation
• You excel at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• You demonstrate a growth mindset; you are a lifelong learner driven by curiosity who thrives on solving problems that don’t have clear answers yet
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field or you bring equivalent practical experience
• You have experience with SQL for data querying, familiarity with data visualization tools, and a foundational knowledge of performance marketing (a plus)
