Note: This position is not remote. Our teams are based in our modern offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato and Piraeus).

• Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
• Ensure all uploaded information complies with client policies.
• Make balanced decisions to advocate effectively for the online community.
• Ensure high-quality and safe experiences for users and businesses.
• Apply content policies consistently and execute handling procedures.
• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (depending on the project).
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Follow company and client procedures and guidelines.

• Excellent verbal and written skills in German.
• Very good English proficiency.
• Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, internet applications, and MS Office.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and understanding of content moderation policies.
• Positive, proactive attitude and desire for continuous improvement.
• Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is a plus.
