What Will Your Role Be

Our global flagship consumer brand Spreadshirt is planning to expand its business and presence in France. For that growth mission we are seeking a highly motivated and resultdriven Market Lead France (f / m / d) Spreadshirt who can make a significant impact and propel our French business to the next level. We are looking for an experienced and versatile marketing generalist who is willing to take ownership for the French business and who enjoys working in a highly international working environment directly collaborating with diverse teams incl. Marketing Operations UX Product Management and Category Management.

This role is fulltime and offers the flexibility to work onsite (hybrid) at our Leipzig headquarters or in Berlin.

What Youll Do

1. Act as an owner and voice for Spreadshirts French business.
2. Monitor and analyze the commercial and customercentric performance and its drivers.
3. Conduct regular market monitoring (industry trends competitor activities consumer preferences) as strategic input for market strategy adoption.
4. Identify and initiate internal improvements opportunities regarding our channel activities and along the different dimensions of our value proposition.
5. Advocate for French market needs within the company ensuring that local requirements and preferences are understood and prioritized.
6. Ensure and contribute that local campaign & promotion plans are tailored to the French market covering all relevant commercial events and occasions.
7. Oversee and coordinate localization efforts to ensure that product curation digital marketing content and customer experiences are tailored to the French audience.
8. Acquire sales cooperations for the French market.
9. Build and lead a small French region team.

What Youll Bring

1. Relevant experience in different marketfacing roles in B2C ecommerce environments.
2. Experience as a management consultant is a plus.
3. Ideally a degree with a focus on Business Marketing MBA or a related field.
4. Proven track record of driving business growth and market penetration ideally in the French market.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and translate them into strategic initiatives.
6. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to advocate effectively for local market needs.
7. Strong commercial acumen with a good sense for commercially relevant design trend.
8. Deep understanding of online shopping behavior of French consumers.
9. High drive and selfmotivation.
10. Detailoriented and handson working style.
11. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fastpaced environment.
12. A true team player at heart.
13. Fluency in both spoken and written French as well as proficient in English.
